Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renvo mobile application (the "App") provided by LAZYSUPPLY LLC ("LAZYSUPPLY," "we," "us," and "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, LAZYSUPPLY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

3. Your Content and Responsibility

The App allows you to import, enter, and store personal information, conversation screenshots, dating profile screenshots, notes, voice recordings, and other content ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws.

Specifically, you agree that you will not use the App to:

  • Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, defame, or harm any individual.
  • Import, store, or process content concerning any person you know or reasonably believe to be under the age of 17, or under the local age of majority where higher.
  • Import or process content in a way that violates the privacy rights of others or any applicable data-protection law.
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform from which you import data (such as dating apps or messaging platforms).
  • Use the App to generate, send, or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors, threats of violence, harassment, or any other content prohibited by law.
  • Engage in any unlawful activity.

The App is a personal productivity and coaching tool. You are responsible for how you act on any suggestions or coaching the App provides, including any messages you choose to send to other people, and for the consequences of those actions.

4. Imported and Third-Party Content

The App is designed to let you store and analyze information about other people, including their names, photos, dating-app profile screenshots, and messages they have sent you. By importing, pasting, uploading, or otherwise providing such information to the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to access that information (for example, you legitimately received the messages, or the screenshot depicts a public profile you are permitted to view).
  • You have, where required by applicable law, the necessary legal basis or consent to store and process information about the relevant person in a private coaching/CRM tool.
  • You will not use the App to aggregate, distribute, or commercially exploit information about any person without their consent.
  • You will respect the terms of service of any source platform (such as Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram, or similar) when capturing and importing screenshots or messages from that platform.

Profile screenshots, dating-app UI elements, and similar content may be subject to copyright, trademark, or platform terms held by third parties. You are solely responsible for any intellectual-property, contract, or privacy claims arising from content you choose to import. If a rights-holder believes content stored on a device through your use of the App infringes their rights, they may contact us at contact@tryrenvo.com and we will respond as required by applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable. Because Renvo is local-first, we generally do not store or host imported content on our servers and cannot directly remove content from your device; we can, however, assist with takedowns of server-side content we control.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses third-party AI services to generate reply suggestions, coaching insights, conversation analysis, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including relationship, psychological, legal, or medical advice.

AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, INAPPROPRIATE, MISLEADING, OR HARMFUL. AI MODELS CAN PRODUCE RESPONSES THAT SOUND CONFIDENT BUT ARE FACTUALLY WRONG OR SOCIALLY INAPPROPRIATE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • AI Outputs are machine-generated suggestions, not guidance from a qualified professional.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating AI Outputs before acting on them.
  • LAZYSUPPLY is not liable for any consequences resulting from your decision to follow, share, send, or act on any AI Output, including but not limited to messages sent to other people based on AI suggestions.
  • AI Outputs may reflect biases present in the underlying models and training data.
  • You should not rely on AI Outputs as a substitute for your own judgment, professional counseling, or therapy.

LAZYSUPPLY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON AI OUTPUTS, INCLUDING DAMAGES TO RELATIONSHIPS, REPUTATION, EMOTIONAL WELLBEING, OR ANY OTHER HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS.

Ownership of AI Outputs. As between you and LAZYSUPPLY, and to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers' terms, you may use AI Outputs generated for you in the App for your personal communications and non-commercial purposes. LAZYSUPPLY does not claim ownership of the specific wording of AI Outputs generated for you, but the App itself, its prompts, models, system instructions, and any aggregated or non-personal derivatives of AI Outputs remain the property of LAZYSUPPLY and its licensors. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of any AI Output before relying on it or sharing it.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Renvo features may be offered as a paid subscription ("Renvo Pro" or a similarly-named tier). Subscription details, prices, billing intervals, and any introductory free-trial period are shown to you in the App before you start a purchase. By starting a subscription you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms.

Billing. All purchases, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are processed by Apple (App Store) on iOS and by Google (Google Play) on Android, in accordance with their terms. LAZYSUPPLY does not collect or store your payment-card details or full Apple ID / Google account information.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal through your Apple ID or Google account.

Free trial. If a subscription is offered with a free trial and you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the regular subscription. Trial availability and length may vary by tier and may change for future purchases.

How to cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android). Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by applicable law or by Apple's or Google's policies.

Refunds. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google. LAZYSUPPLY cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through their stores.

Fair use. Paid AI features are intended for personal, non-automated use. LAZYSUPPLY may apply reasonable rate limits or temporarily restrict access if usage appears automated, abusive, or materially in excess of typical personal use. We will not arbitrarily revoke paid features in good faith use; if we restrict access for a reason other than a violation of these Terms, we will work in good faith to restore service or provide a prorated refund where required.

Price and feature changes. We may change subscription prices, tiers, or the set of features available within a tier from time to time. Price changes for existing paid subscriptions will be communicated and applied in accordance with App Store and Google Play requirements; you will have the opportunity to cancel before a price change takes effect.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services that may include, depending on configuration and the features you use: xAI for reply suggestions, OpenAI for other AI processing and transcription, Google (Geocoding and Places), OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass API), Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Expo's push notification service, RevenueCat or a comparable subscription management provider, Railway (backend hosting), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash reporting), and Resend or a comparable email delivery provider. We may add, change, or substitute providers in this category over time. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. LAZYSUPPLY is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or practices of any third-party service.

Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are additionally subject to those stores' end-user license terms.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and all content we provide, is owned by LAZYSUPPLY LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. The "Renvo" name and related marks are proprietary to LAZYSUPPLY LLC.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LAZYSUPPLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAZYSUPPLY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAZYSUPPLY LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the App; (b) Your Content or any information about other people you import, store, or process in the App; (c) any message or other communication you send to a third party based in whole or in part on an AI Output; (d) your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service in connection with content you import; or (e) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

15. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or to paid features at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the terms of any third-party platform used through the App, or if continued provision of the App to you would expose LAZYSUPPLY or others to legal or safety risk. Where practical and not contrary to law or safety, we will try to give you notice and an opportunity to cure non-severe violations before suspending access.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. The "Delete All Data" feature inside the App is the most thorough way to remove the data the App has stored on your device. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including the AI disclaimers, intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Baxter County, Arkansas.
